Refund and Returns Policy

Because every Alpine Design Co. graphics kit is custom designed and made specifically for you and your bike, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders.

Please Review Your Order Carefully

Before submitting your order, please double-check your bike make, model, year, race number, name, colors, and any other customization details.

Once your design has been approved and/or sent to production, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Design Approval

You are responsible for reviewing your design proof carefully before approving it. Please check spelling, numbers, colors, logos, and other details.

Once you approve your proof, Alpine Design Co. is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved design.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you receive something different from the design you approved due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Photos of the product and packaging may be required so we can verify the issue.

Fitment

Our graphics are produced based on the bike information you provide when ordering. Alpine Design Co. is not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect make, model, year, or other information submitted with your order.

Color Differences

Colors may appear slightly different between your screen and the finished printed graphics. Screen settings, materials, printing, and lighting can all affect how colors appear. Minor color variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
